overall a nice experience . They do try to make more money and it becomes very prominent that deal is to attract customer base ..which is OK from businez point of you . They do try to make every effort to make you happy ..but all they want is more money ..services were very nice no doubt abt it so if somebody doesnt really matter payingh extra for good service ..this will turn out to be a good one .I referred my mom and bought a second coupon today . I think even if they will ioncrease the deal rate by 100-200 ..ppl wont mind , its only the moeny mindedness that becomes the hindrance ..I will definitely buy this again next month but would clarify on each item to be sure what it will cost me actually

Some of the staff is very rude and offer poor service.Especially the staff for facials and bleach in the women's section in Rajouri mall outlet try to persistently coax you into buying expensive facials and treatments.You cant exchange any of the services in the package for another of a lesser value either!!Very poor customer service :(
