The L'Oreal hair color did not last one wash, it was absolutely disgusting to have gone 5 km's driving only to spend 700/- and not have a hair color that last's one wash. I recommend not to go for the hair color as I am not quiet sure if they used L'Oreal because the hair dresser went to a different room to get the color in the bowl, the color was not prepared in front of me.
The staff is good, polite, courteous. I can vouch for all other services but certainly not for the hair color. It was an okay experience and not an extraordinary.
I would say if the intent is not for the hair color (L'Oreal) one can consider the offer but if the intent is hair color then it's advisable to ask the dresser to show you the L'Oreal bottle and ask him to prepare the paste in-front of you rather than preparing it in isolation. Also ask the lady "Sonu" at the reception to fix an appointment for hair spa the following day. I suspect since I had taken the hair Spa immediately after the head wash, the hair color did not last .
