I puchased a samsung refrigerator (model no. RT23IVSG1/XL)on 10/5/2005. At the very beginning I had a problem of improper cooling. The fan at the back was changed within a month of the purchase. Again last year on 31/5/08 the fan had to be changed and I paid Rs. 776/- for that. Since then this is the third time I had the same problem and lodged a complaint on 21/12/09 ( comp no. 8401597963)i.e yesterday. Today morning I received a call from the person who was supposed to visit my place but when I told him that as I am a working person he would have to come either before 11a m or after 7 p m. To my utter surprise I got a reply like this- " I am also a working person and I cannot come according to your convenience." We had few more exchange of words which were not at all polite from his end. After that I called up yor customer service line thrice and every time I was confirmed that someone would be visiting my place today itself. But no one turned up nor did I receive any call from your person. I am also working in a service industry and I am sorry to say that if this the condition of your after sale service and if your personel behaves like this with the customers, I am definitely not going to buy any more samsung products in future. I own a samsung music system and a DVD player as well and now I am wondering whether these purchases were a worng decision.

I have a Samsung TV 29" Type - CS29Q2PW, whose remote control has gone faulty. I lodged a complaint and requested for a new remote control (Type 00249A). For lasy 3 months, Samsung has not given me a new remote even when I am ready to pay for it. I have made numberous phones calls and yet no response. Finally I will have to throw away the Samsung TV and get some other one.
