WELCOME TO THE SUSHI RESTAURANT CUISINE FROM THE ORIENTAL
At SHUSI we aim to provide the very best of selected Oriental Cuisine in a specially Designed contemporary Orient setting providing exciting and Memorable experience.  
 
Japanese Cuisine
Specially Shushi is cold cooked rice flavoured with Vinegar shaped into Bite-sized pieces and then topped with raw or cooked fish or formed into a rolls with Fish Eggs or Vegetables and wrapped in Nori. If you are new to japanese food don’t be Intimidated. There are a few do’s and don’ts But as with all food it’s is there to be enjoyed.  
 
Thai Cuisine
Is a popular for its subtile blending of flavours utilising herbs and roots Such as Lemon grass Basil Coriander Galangal Krachai Ginger Galrlic and Chillies.  
 
Chinese Cuisine
China is a country with incredible diversity in is cuisine. The Differense were originally based around the regions where the tastes Developed but these days it is possible to enjoy the different styles almost every where in the world. Chinese cooking is very personalised and the taste and cooking style of the same dish will Vary from restaurant to restaurant. We have provide a general menu which gives a cross section of tastes. Most restaurants Should be able to provide the dishes but it may not always be the case.  
 
We can adjust the spiciness’ of your food to suit all plates. Please ask your order taker
